Budget Management: Create a multi-year capital and expense budget and manage overall Project Portfolio costs within budget.

Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships for strategic IT partners including contract negotiation, SLA management, value creation, etc.

12-15 years project, management and leadership experience strongly preferred

Manage the PMO team and provides performance feedback and goal-setting; conducts annual performance assessments and skill development and training.

Manage the day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office (PMO):

Identifies project staffing and resource requirements

Assess the current organizational structure and evaluate and redesign the team as needed to best align capabilities with anticipated outcomes.

Relevant industry experience, ideally in a firm with a major global footprint

3-5 years of experience in PMO and/or Business Management

Manage and maintain reporting to accurately track resources and capacity requirements

Communicate project and program status effectively to management

Advanced Excel or Alteryx skills and experience with data analytics

Manage data updates within internal systems utilized by the Audit department

Monitor progress of projects; maintain a master project calendar, understand dependencies and manage conflicts and timelines

Manage BMS and PMO-defined governance, processes, tools, methodologies, and resources to drive consistency across POD reporting

Effectively track, report and address portfolio and project issues and risks with the right stakeholder engagement (directing 2-4 project/program managers)

Strong partnership with Finance on all budget related items - incremental headcount, actuals vs forecasted on all spend across all pods

Key interface across PMO with various leaders - Sales, GTM, Marketing, HR and Finance to summary status for each pod area.

Attend weekly POD meetings to understand status of deliverables, milestones and any obstacles and any interconnectivity/interdependencies across PODS

Continually and proactively assessing the current process and feedback from key leaders providing recommendations on continuous process BMS improvement

10+ years of experience leading and driving change processes related to project management across people, process and technology

Ability to communicate effectively to staff at all levels, with all skills and at all stages of their project management journey

Establish and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistent, standardized and matrixed project delivery in a timely manner

Facilitate professional development opportunities for the team by identifying and providing training opportunities, encouraging their skill enhancement and knowledge acquisition

Oversee the management of Operations projects as identified by the Global Operations leadership

PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Manages technical project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.

5+ years of Project management experience leading a cross functional team.

Understanding of trading processes across the full trade lifecycle within a buyside asset management organization.

Knowledge of Leverage Finance business

Experience leading technical delivery of larger scale enterprise projects managing project resources while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Implements an established project plan and supervises progress and performance against this plan.

In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Lead and manage the PMO, including the development and implementation of program management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven analytical skills to analyze project and program strategies such as risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.

Manage day-to-day activities in the PMO.

Interface with corporate support staff (i.e., Contracts, subcontracts, HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Security).Coordinate corporate resource support.

Work with senior management to assess current CMC pathway to registration for Capricor’s therapeutic product candidates.

Present project and program governance plans to management and obtain approval as needed.

Strong scientific background with deep knowledge of biologics, specifically cell therapy experience a plus

Actively manage risks, reporting and establish program mitigation plans.

Manage and coordinate necessary activities to deliver BLA submission according to the established milestones and FDA guidelines.

10+ years of hands-on cGMP biologics manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Previous experience working in a similar role, supporting project management activities and administrative tasks.

Familiarity with budget management and experience working with budgets of 10 to 15 million dollars.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, software development, or a related field.

10 plus years of progressive managerial/leadership experience in program or operational roles in both start up and enterprise environments

Your Core Experience & Education:

Manage the consumer product roadmap and delivery to ensure flawless and on time execution of new products, features, and releases

Partner with Finance to define budgets and track spending

Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure most valuable features are delivered

Requires a broad knowledge of project techniques, management insight, enterprise project software experience, and systems integration expertise.

Minimum of 5-7 years Management experience required.

Certifications dedicated to Project or Change Management (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, Agile saFe, Agile Coach, etc.) is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of financial institution operations and experience with technical implementations.

Minimum of 5years related experience and/or training.
