Project Manager
The Role:
The Project Manager will have experience in managing multiple BI (Business Intelligence) projects as PMO and will have good understanding of the challenges related to data extraction, data extraction, and data visualization.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the planning, management, and execution of key initiatives for BI Workstream.
The project manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of the projects and leverage appropriate methodologies to ensure the business outcomes are accomplished.
What You’ll Be Responsible for in This Role:
·Work collaboratively to direct project team comprised of business and IT stakeholder partners through scope, design, build, test and deploy solutions that meet defined business outcomes
·Build and manage project plans to the optimal WBS including follow up and status reporting
·Facilitate meetings and communications, change management activities and associated business process changes
·Support the compliance of project plans by following policies and procedures and familiar with PMO methodologies and standards
·Promote high-quality standards by implementing processes and methodologies that ensure projects stay within defined budget and timeline and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
·Ensure project documents are complete, detailed, current, and stored appropriately
·Drive escalation/issue resolution processes by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, coordinate with project leadership to manage project scope and resolve issues, risks and roadblocks
·Facilitate pre-cutover, cutover and hypercare activities

•Ability to balance multiple business needs and understanding the value of prioritization
Minimum Qualifications
·5~8 years managing technology projects, site migrations, site deployments and upgrades
·Self-starter attitude with superior communication, writing skills and attention to detail
·Well versed in waterfall, agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies
·Highly skilled in utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, Confluence and JIRA
·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
·Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
