Digital Service Project Manager

The project manager will work with the Digital Service team to organize, plan, and track workstreams, and other projects as needed. Work will be done in 2 week agile sprints. The project manager will be involved in agency stakeholder meetings, and team meetings. All on-going work and deliverables will be reviewed together with the Digital Service Design team.

Tasks Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, sprints or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel

Lead and manage sprint planning and task management

Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, and escalate issues on a timely basis

Establish deadlines and monitor the progress of the project, following up with relevant stakeholders and set up tooling for project management practices.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership, experts and decision makers, cross-functionally and across teams, coaching teams to drive outcomes
• 5+ years experience
• Deep knowledge of agile project management practices, with experience leading sprints in a large organization and proactive planning
• Demonstrated experience helping drive websites and web features to launch, with attention to detail
• Experience pairing with other disciples to launch digital tools and services
• Knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices and experience setting up project management tooling for teams
