About this opportunity:

Hirsh Marketing, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing companies, is currently looking for aDigital Marketing Account Manager & Strategistthat will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, results, and satisfaction.

The Ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional who has excellent client communication, the ability to provide clear reporting on ads and funnel strategy, and able to cross-collaborate among departments to ensure smooth client calls.

TheDigital Media Account Manager & Strategistwill be the main day-to-day contact for the client in regard to ads management, coordinating creative assets as needed with the creative team, and proactively updating the senior strategist with performance updates.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Consistently ensure we’re following monthly projections and tracking our goal vs. actual as well as executing strategic actions based on data both in the ads and funnel
  • Run all client weekly status calls - making sure the client is being clearly communicated to about results and progress and bringing in any necessary team members as needed (ads manager, senior strategist, creative team members, tech & funnel team)
  • Cover for an Ads Manager when they are out
  • Consistently focused on individual KPIs related to the roleClients above 2x ROAs
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the strategy for each client account so that you can properly make suggestions and/or bring in team members as needed
  • Create clear, accurate and complete tasks for the funnel and creative team as needed. Minimizing back and forth & delays between the team
  • Get senior strategist to weigh in on any specific strategy recommendations before all client monthly reports are sent
  • Ability to onboard a new client onto your roster and have ads live to the funnel within 30 days
  • Weigh in on client monthly creative insights for our creative team to ensure we are producing enough refreshes and requests based on client funnels and budgets
  • Task out necessary funnel work, audits and creative & copy outside of the monthly creative requisitions
  • Capable of onboarding a new client onto your roster and understanding the strategy, projections, and execution plan needed to get their ads live and profitable
  • Ability to fully own and execute a client’s live launch with excellent execution, minimal error and over-communication to the clientSpecifically able to demonstrate the ability to handle a deadline-oriented live launch where budget & time must be spent quickly
  • Capable of understanding & communicating client campaign planners' up-to-date goals, budgets, links, audiences, and strategies that will be executed in their campaigns
  • Participate in weekly ads team meetings and bring strategy or process ideas & suggestions to the team
  • Follow-up with client communications, questions, and concerns in a timely manner (24-hour turnaround time) and require minimal feedback from senior strategist on all communication
  • Send monthly client satisfaction emails with the Director of Ads Team CC’d
  • Support with updating projections on an ongoing (monthly) basis for active clients based on their results and/or when clients launch a new funnel
  • Management of 10-12 client accounts and all major communication and collaboration associated with the accounts
  • Stay on top of new techniques, strategies, and changes to test for better client results & campaign successes
  • Creating tracking solutions and accountability for the ads manager so we always have accurate and complete funnel data for all client accounts

  • Conduct Monthly Self-Assessments Reviews for your team of Ads Managers providing clear & direct feedback
  • Keep ads team allocation dashboard fully up to date for the Director of Ads Team and Senior Strategist to review and consistently know client performance and updates on a day-to-day basis
  • Send and add strategic commentary to all client weekly & monthly reports
  • Consistently provide ads managers on your team with ways to improve and grow while also holding them accountable for their performance
  • Run client weekly status calls with minimal support from the senior strategist. Communicate account goals and strategic success.Utilize your client call sheet consistently to run a smooth and organized client call
  • Regularly facilitate direct communication between the client and creative team to stay ahead with consistent, fresh content and copy angles at all times
  • Consistently fill out internal weekly reports with complete & strategic commentary for senior strategists and upper management around client performance
  • Communicating with clients about the success of the campaign, and offering suggestions for ways to improve in aproactive way
  • Provide quality control and 1x / week audits on all ads managers ad account work
  • Communicate and collaborate with the senior strategist as needed on client strategy suggestions and improvement


What you bring to the role:

  • High attention to detail, proofreading, writing and editing skills for accuracy
  • Good time management and organization skills. Requirements:

  • Dedication to problem-solving and ability to analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
  • Excellent written communication with clients
  • Asana experience and knowledge
  • 2+ years of online marketing & sales funnel experience - specific experience with webinar funnels, live launches, and evergreen funnels.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with clients and show up on video calls with a strong presence, showcasing you have the client's account’s best interest in mind and they can trust you
  • Knowledge of various third-party platforms such as ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft, MailChimp, etc. Ability to pull numbers from 3rd party platforms from past experience in them
  • Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
  • Understanding of Funnel Marketing strategies & the psychology of advertising to the customer journey
  • Mid - Expert level knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn advertising (minimum 2 years experience, paid advertising)
