The successful candidate will create high-quality original content, own our content calendar, and respond and engage directly with our audience. Digital Marketing Manager - Startups Pay And Benefits


  • Hourly pay: $45/hr
  • Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote)
  • 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment

Digital Marketing Manager - Startups Responsibilities


  • Engage and respond on social media, partnering internally to develop content as needed with Customer Support and Product teams.
  • Help create our social media strategy and be a close partner on integrated campaigns.
  • Develop a social media calendar across social media and blog to engage with startup founders and increase awareness of the company for Startups.
  • Manage content creation for the company for Startups digital channels, often creating the content yourself. Occasionally contribute to and produce long-form and video content on the company for Startups Blog.
  • Measure and report on the program results.
  • Work with design agencies to bring beautiful creative to life; brief creative team on marketing direction for assets.
  • Partner with the paid media team to execute campaigns as needed and in a timely fashion; working with the design team to develop creative, traffic assets, and measure results.
  • Publish and measure content across the company for Startup's social channels and blog.
  • Be a creative hunter for stories and content that work with our brand and deliver them in unique ways to drive engagement.
  • Ideate, pitch, and execute unique, engaging digital content that breaks through the social clutter, creating storytelling themes to connect with the startup audience.


Digital Marketing Manager - Startups Qualifications


  • 4-6+ years of expert knowledge of all social platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn Tech Talk, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and experience with Sprinklr.
  • Experience using Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, and more to create content.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a bonus.
  • 4+ years of expert knowledge/experience of all social platforms.
  • Startup marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to demonstrate results and gain insights/recommendations that inform future content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and trade off as needed.
  • Strong communicator (oral, written, and visual) who can work cross-functionally to build engaging social campaigns.
  • Strong cultural connectedness with the ability to apply and adopt trends and content for a startup audience.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technology and startups to be able to connect with our audience and effectively communicate.
  • Experience working in marketing to start-ups, and if has worked in companies like Amazon, Google, or something similar.
  • Passionate about the power of social media and the impact it can have in building communities through storytelling.
  • Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on program success.
  • Ability to help build our social media strategy while also owning day-to-day execution and engaging with our community members.
  • 5+ years of social media management experience with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience with moderating, engaging, and cultivating strong advocacy within community social platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Sprinklr to manage content and communities.
  • 4+ years of successful track record of social media content, content strategy, and management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. TikTok, Discord, and Reddit are a plus.
  • Strong writing acumen with a keen ability to tailor tone and voice to match the audience.


Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
