As a Business Development Associate, Digital Media, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sponsorship deals. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with healthcare companies and organizations and showcasing the value of our digital media platform.

The Role:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare companies and organizations.
• Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development; digital media sales experience is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
