Job Summary:
The Media Manager in a variety of sales and marketing activities, ensuring departmental tasks are formed on time and on budget, while seeking to enable a cost-effective growth in net sales.
Creating awareness around Inogen's product and service offerings directly among oxygen therapy users is at the core of Inogen's marketing strategy. The Media Manager will ensure the reliable supply of cost-effective leads from a variety of sources in a manner that supports Inogen's branding and marketing objectives. The Media Manager will lead all facets of the media buying process including media mix modeling, media partner management, marketing analytics, and call center performance.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Work to optimize creative assets to achieve media performance.
- Manage a diverse media portfolio consisting of multiple media outlets from television, print, direct mail, email, digital, etc. while constantly evaluating new opportunities to meet marketing KPIs, fulfill sales consumption requirements, and achieve branding objectives.
- Master Inogen's IT systems including CRM and data visualization platforms to analyze marketing and sales effectiveness in order improve media campaign results.
- Manage partner media agencies and marketing vendors to consistently deliver the required number of leads on time and on budget according to the established media mix plan.
- Work with Inogen’s creative team and external creative partners to ensure effective creative is released in a timely matter in accordance with Inogen’s compliance standards.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.
- Manage and monitor the activities and day to day operations of marketing and media vendors to ensure that they deliver consistent results according to the established media mix plan.
- Manage Inogen's external call center partners to ensure calls are converted to leads at or above expectations per plan, that Inogen is represented in a manner consistent with its marketing standards, and that cost is minimized.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field of study or commensurate business experience required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Prior experience managing media spend required.
- Demonstrated technological acuity and ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
