Client Success Consultant
With the ongoing growth of digital marketing, there is a growing need to ensure content complies with relevant laws, policies, and regulations. Businesses are being forced to keep up with rapid regulatory changes and face greater risk exposure if content is not being reviewed effectively.
About the Client Success Consultant
The Client Success Consultant will drive sales of the Red Marker SaaS platform in the US market solo, and as leader of a sales team. This role is for a high achiever who is focused on client acquisition and client development and takes initiative to find the most optimal solution to achieve the outcomes required for the business. A keen sense of ownership, quality, the customer, speedy execution, and hustle is a must.
  • Able to manage their time effectively - good at prioritising & multi-tasking.
  • A team player who is self-disciplined and comfortable working independently & remotely (at home)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced software environment and able to quickly pick up new products and clients
  • Be comfortable with handling the new and unknown from large enterprise clients (procurement, contracts, security assessments)
  • An excellent communicator with ability to tailor messages to the audience
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks centred around client and business need.
  • Has a natural sense of urgency/works well with pressure/deadlines. Confident and action oriented across multiple functions with many stakeholders. Required experience: 1-2 years’ experience relationship management for a legal technology product/SaaS is preferred but not essential. Administrative or assistant experience would also be considered.
  • Organised and detail oriented – good at staying on top of things, and making sure the small things don’t fall through the cracks.
Elements of the role:
  • Work with other internal teams to provide customer requests and respond to customer needs
  • Document classification: Sensitive
  • Provide client support and respond to support requests through our support portal
  • Meet with clients regularly to support the implementation of Red Marker to their business and ensure delivery is aligned with their goals and success criteria
  • Ultimately you will be integral to our CS team goals of driving value for our clients, managing the relationship with them, ensuring they are utilising the software appropriately and we are retaining our business.
  • Support the Client Success Manager and Implementation teams by preparing materials, managing project meetings and collating and summarising client feedback
  • Provide training, facilitate regular checkpoints and QBRs to ensure product adoption, client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across industries such as banking, financial services and insurance in US region with some work in UK likely to be required
Notes about the role
  • This role will require you to work independently in a remote environment (at home).
  • You will be supporting members of the Sales team based in New York and London and managing clients across the US, UK and Europe, so there will be regular meetings outside of standard business hours, but your working hours are flexible.
  • You will be reporting into the Head of Client Success who based in Australia along with the majority of Red Marker’s team; you would be the 2nd CS team member in the US.
