What They Do: Our client is a cloud-based software platform and patient engagement technology that automates the collection of patient reported outcomes. It also offers procedure-specific education modules to help prepare patients for treatments and proactively monitors their recovery.

THE ROLE

The Customer Success Analyst (CSA) serves as the primary point of contact for our client's customers, assisting with product training, onboarding support, and guidance. As the voice of the customer, the CSA ensures customers get the most out of our client's product, network, and services.

This is role is fully remote.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and product owners
  • Become an expert on our client's platform so you can assist and train key customers, product owners, and healthcare providers and help them achieve their goals
  • Maintain and regularly update product documentation and how-to's
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve our client's platform by sharing customer feedback
  • Support sales operations and renewals, identifying areas our client can grow

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Proficient across all Microsoft Suite products
  • 1-3 years working in a professional environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to travel 25% annually
  • Solid technical aptitude, specially email, calendaring, and working across shared documents
