About the Role:


Boxtrot is seeking a proactive and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in Chicago. In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between Boxtrot and our valued clients, providing them with world-class support and fostering long-term relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver solutions that meet clients' specific needs and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value they receive from our services.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and act as a voice of the customer within Boxtrot.
  • Provide insights to the team on customer feedback and experience to improve our service offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their key objectives.
  • Address client queries in a timely and accurate manner, resolving any issues with expedience and professionalism.
  • Utilize customer success software to track customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Boxtrot's services and keep customers updated on new features and offerings.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and system integrations.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Qualifications:


  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
