Student Services Onboarding Specialist Jobs

Valid Florida teaching certificate or have applied to obtain a Florida teaching certificate required to include Exceptional Student Education certification preferred.

Model the routine, intentional and effective use of technology in daily work, including communications, organization and management tasks.

Master’s Degree from an accredited institution required, Ed. Leadership certification preferred.

Three (3) years of teaching experience required.

One (1) year coaching or teacher leader experience to include leading professional learning and using coaching competencies.

Provide professional development for parents, schools, teachers or staff related to Exceptional Student Education

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN APPLICATION:

MONTHLY SALARY: $6,120 - $7,582*

*Salary Information is based on a full-time, 12-month position

A valid Class “C” California driver's license is required.

Travel to locations throughout the District is required.

Bachelors in one of the following: Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development and Leadership, Adult Learning and Education.

Review documents and forms for completeness, track files for follow up and distribute for review.

Lead operational processes to deliver the best onboarding experience

Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the onboarding experience for students and coaches

Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and growth teams to provide visibility into the onboarding experience and help inform their roadmaps

You have 3+ years of consulting or operational experience in a direct-to-consumer startup

You are highly analytical with strong communication skills

Oversee operations for a growing team of admissions and success coaches

Project management experience is a plus

Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, services, and customer success management

Familiarity with Hiring Company platform or higher education experience (consulting, software/tech partner, or direct work in higher education)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Manage multiple customer projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables

Develop expert-level knowledge in key product functionality to guide customers towards strong adoption and platform growth

Experience in higher education preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of customer service.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success managers, support, marketing, and product teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and advocacy
