Position Summary:Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed
• Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions
• Utilize specialized software to validate store orders
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
• Proven ability to work in a demanding customer service environment handling customer requests via phone and/or in person
• Six (6) months experience with data entry
• High School diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work any schedule, including weekends, due to our 24/7 environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
