Location: Reno, NV (Onsite)

Sales:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential
  • Build and maintain client relationships, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries

Recruitment:

  • Manage and motivate the recruitment team to achieve their individual and team goals
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment trends, competitor activity, and candidate feedback to inform recruitment strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize recruitment potential
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to attract and retain top talent
  • Identify and pursue new recruitment opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Recruitment Manager, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and recruitment targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
