JOB DESCRIPTION:

Rolen Group, a division of Creators Entertainment Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Talent and Partnerships to join the New York City team and office. Ideal candidates will have a background in talent management and partnerships, with an understanding of verticals within the influencer space. Prefer to have 1-2+ years of experience at a talent management company, branding agency or marketing firm, open to considering those with a strong history of internship experience or other relevant full-time experience. Day to day job duties will be coordinating campaigns and deliverables, pitching for collaborations and bookings, and supporting the senior management team and a growing roster.

This position will report directly to the VP, Talent and will support CEG’s exclusive talent roster under the Rolen Group umbrella.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Provide support to their roster of managed talent, including calendar coordination, accounting support, and arranging travel and itineraries

●Coordinate campaigns and collaborations with talent, working closely with the senior team to manage client requests and servicing clients at the highest level

●Fill out forms and campaign surveys on clients behalf

●Create materials for pitch (i.e. rate cards, one sheets, case studies, decks, playlists)

●Coordinate partnership deliverables once senior team has locked in deal to include:

○Delivery of content for review and approval

○Scheduling of posting dates

○Delivery of campaign analytics

●Schedule and calendar meetings and calls for senior team and roster

●Maintain and update talent contact information, addresses and metrics on pitching materials

●Draft and submit invoice requests to Accounts Receivable

●Review and effectively communicate potential partnership opportunities to talent and update brand on talent’s interest

●Provide event coordination for talent events and bookings

●Research brands seeking partnerships and pitch roster for deals

●Overseeing some talent inboxes and responding in a timely manner

●Upload analytics and campaigns into CRM

●Input campaigns on Rolen Group’s talent project management system and oversee assigned rosters project workspaces

●Superior communication with strong verbal and writing skills who has an understanding of talent

●Interest in the digital and media space with a pulse on all things entertainment

●The ability to adapt under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

●Digital guru who is one step ahead

●Flexibility and understanding this is a growing company where our clients needs come first, and will occasionally include a few hours of work on evenings and weekends

SKILLS:

●Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

●Knowledge of navigating online platforms ie) Google Drive, WeTransfer, Box, Dropbox, Slack, Canva

●Basic knowledge of design templates and platforms like Canva and Photoshop

●Organizational and project management skills

Salary $50-$55k
