Position Summary:

As the Director of Influencer and Brand Partnerships at Veyl Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies. Your focus will be on collaborating with industry experts, health professionals, and influencers to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and empower individuals to lead healthier lives. Your strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and creativity will drive impactful campaigns and partnerships.

Essential Duties:

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with partners to establish authentic and enduring collaborations.
• Strategy Development:
• Create and implement a holistic influencer marketing and brand partnership strategy tailored to each of Veyl’s Health and Wellness brands.
• Research and engage with health professionals, industry experts, fitness influencers, and celebrities who resonate with our brand's mission.
• Partnership Identification and Management:
• Develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that leverage the expertise and credibility of our partners to inspire and educate our audience.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to maintain campaign consistency and impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and PR teams to integrate influencer strategies with broader company initiatives.
• Stay abreast of health and wellness trends, emerging influencers, and innovative partnership approaches.
• Industry Insights and Innovation:
• Collaboration and Integration:
• Apply insights to continuously refine and enhance our influencer and brand partnership strategies.
• Measurement and Analysis:
• Regularly evaluate campaign performance metrics, extract insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and compensation, ensuring alignment with brand and partner goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept creation to performance analysis.
• Define and track relevant KPIs for influencer and partnership campaigns, including brand sentiment, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Identify key health and wellness trends, experts, and potential celebrity partners to align with our brand values and objectives.
• Campaign Execution:
• Generate comprehensive reports showcasing the tangible effects of partnerships on brand growth and audience engagement.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation across all channels.
