HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Marketing Coordinator supports the fulfillment and implementation of marketing programs to support the Outside Sales Team's efforts to generate revenue, raise awareness and attendance for the organization. This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintains a variety of contacts to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Composes routine correspondence.
• Works with clients in troubleshooting Reseller Box Office and Galaxy Connect issues.
• Submits and tracks design requests as required.
• Arranges meetings and takes minutes as required.
• Assists with implementation of sales activities and programs.
• Maintains specialized databases, scheduling systems, records, and files.
• Provides support to the Outside Sales Team with the fulfillment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidate will be reporting on-site at the Mission Valley office, Monday through Friday, and some weekend events. Background in Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Galaxy ticketing system knowledge is preferred.
