Job Description
About The Role


The San Francisco Giants are looking for a Content Coordinator, Live Experience & Entertainment, where you will have the unique opportunity to be the final set of eyes of all content for our scoreboard show. You will be expected to take ownership over preloading and quality checking all final versions of content before delivering to the control room . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be well-organized, and maintain strong cross-functional communication. On most game days, this role will serve as a control room operator. This role reports to the Production Manager, Live Events .This position will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

  • You bring years of experience working in live sports, broadcasts, or scoreboard shows
  • You are a demonstrated project coordinator, overseeing multiple pieces of content at one time
  • You are excited working with control room technology
  • You are passionate about Live Production, Game Presentation, and impacting fan experience


Qualifications


  • Intermediate knowledge of the game of baseball required
  • 2-3 years experience working in Live Events, Sports, or Broadcast strongly preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Ross Video systems including Ross Xpression, Tessera, Dashboard, Acuity Switcher preferred
  • Ability to work on a team and meet strict deadlines required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment while focusing on details and maintaining quality
  • Previous experience with project management software such as Airtable, ideal but not required
  • Ability to work unconventional hours (ie nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (ie Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) preferred

At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision Additionally, this role might be eligible for bonus or incentive awards.
