Job Description
Looking to move from hostess or server to the Events Department? Ready to move from the desk to a mixed environment at an entertainment venue? Then look no further!
Hiring for an Event Captain/Coordinator for East Village Tavern+Bowl in downtown San Diego. Full time flexible schedule based around events.
.Your day will.include a mix of administrative duties, follow up calls with booked guests, leading the event team during events (Yes this means you are part of the tip out) and booking small party packages (yes this means commission too!!).
Base pay is $20/hour along with service fees, tips AND commission on your sales. You will need to have at least 1 year experience in events and/or restaurants to excel in this position Business casual attire on non event days and buy outs, T and shorts/pants for events.Position includes daily meal during shift, 50% discount off shift, and other perks!!
