Job Description
The Business Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in processing and logging invoices while working with vendors and freelance employees for Disney Branded Television, National Geographic, Disney+, and Hulu publicity teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor invoice mailboxes and process for Disney Branded Television and National Geographic
  • Assist Business Manager on Central Travel Account and Central Meeting Card updates.
  • Responsible to follow up with vendors/team on invoices that needs updates.
  • Onboard new vendors to Disney Supplier Management Portal
  • Log invoices on department budget trackers
  • Answer invoice status questions from teams and vendors
  • Submit payroll invoices for payment through payroll system.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Sense of urgency for fast-paced entertainment industry
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • TV/Streaming experience preferred.
  • Kids marketing experience a plus
  • Agency or in-house media/marketing experience preferred.


Education:


Bachelor's degree; B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration Communications preferred OR Equivalent Work Experience, or equivalent experience


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,120 to $70,290 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
