Job Description

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to help facilitate our clients annual conferences and digital meetings.

  • Plan and record digtial meeting materials/calls
  • Track travel and expences
  • Data entry and tracking
  • Coordinate Annual Conference Details including travel; presentations; schedules; etc.
  • Schedule meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Close attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience with event coordinating/planning
  • Strong communication skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30 to $33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
