Conference Services Assistant (Open To Remote)

Join our collaborative Conference Services team and gain valuable experience working on a variety of exciting events. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of major conferences and book fairs, both in the US and internationally. We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant who can effectively manage multiple projects and communicate with internal and external partners. If you are proactive, adaptable, and have excellent time management skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend new vendors
• Collect and manage meeting room requirements
• Assist with hotel and vendor billing reconciliation post-event
• Support pre-show planning and on-site execution of trade shows, conferences, and book fairs
• Assist with coordinating housing requirements and food & beverage orders

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
