Open Air Analyst Jobs

Advantiveis growing! We are hiring an OpenAir Analyst who has an analytical passion for driving results-driven business practices through dashboards, data analysis, and tool optimization. This is a highly impactful role that interacts with multiple stakeholders and directly impacts revenue delivery, time to value (TTV), and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will help govern the integrity of data in our business systems by identifying incomplete data, erroneous entries, and key areas of analytics that will promote efficient data governance.

As an OpenAir Analyst at Advantive, you will continuously improve our operations and analytics functions by working with leaders and key stakeholders to define and operationalize departmental metrics.The ideal candidate is an experienced OpenAir Analyst or BA with 4+ years of experience analyzing and governing business financials within OpenAir, Netsuite, and SFDC. This role will be a key contributor in maximizing professional services revenue and accelerating the time to value for Advantive’s customer’s by supporting operational rigor in the areas of project setup, resource planning, revenue forecasting and portfolio governance reporting on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-day:

• Design and conduct regular audits to maintain OpenAir data integrity and security
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze, understand and improve business operations that increase employee productivity and end-user effectiveness
• Utilize advanced OpenAir experience to add new users, update permissions and saved report searches, create custom reports, dashboards and workflows
• Own core objectives such as on time weekly governance reporting, task automation efficiency to support the acceleration of TTV, accurate project financials, and low error rate from project setup audits
• Assist in the development of meaningful metrics that measure the effectiveness of project delivery and identify and implement quantifiable improvements that increase productivity
• Assist with data integrations, configuration, mass data migration efforts and ensure data is accurately captured from NetSuite
• Create and publish Weekly dashboards to leaders and key stakeholders
• Build out project governance reports in Open Air to drive proactive revenue monitoring and support revenue recognition and reconciliation tasks
• Assist with project support functions within OpenAir such as Project creation, Task allocation, Budget allocation & adjustments, User profile activation and Deactivation, forecast corrections, project closure tasks, Timesheet rejections, and task creations
• Standardize a sustainable OpenAir deployment model that streamlines the integration of acquisitions to support Advantive’s organic and inorganic business and technology growth
• Monitor timesheets and provide periodic reports to the organization highlighting Submitted, Approved and Pending timesheet information as well as nonbillable, nonproductive time entered and any projects nearing budget depletion
• Publish dashboards as it relates to Professional Services revenue, utilization, CSAT, project backlog, project pipeline, project risk and ongoing project governance needs
• Follow up on any OpenAir revenue discrepancies with the finance team that impact revenue recognition as well as lead any OpenAir data clean up initiatives
• Support ongoing OpenAir changes required by the organization by gathering requirements, testing proposed changes, enabling the team and executing the changes in OpenAir
• Own OpenAir enablement tasks by creating and maintaining an OpenAir user playbook that includes a project flow chart (from SFDC to Netsuite to OpenAir) and deliver respective departmental training

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assignments
• 4+ years as an operations analyst, BA or similar role supporting finance or a professional services organization
• 4+ years advanced experience using excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced charting, VBA and Macros, and formatting data tables
• Must be comfortable analyzing data and a be proficient in creating and executing test cases aligned to business requirements
• Bachelor s degree in information technology/MIS, business, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a collaborative cross-functional environment
• Ability to multi-task across various time zones to ensure that there is appropriate operations coverage to support project set up needs
• Strong business acumen; understands key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and financial goals
• Ability to develop and govern the development of both short and long-term plans and proposals to support business objectives in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years’ advanced experience using SFDC, Open Air, and NetSuite ERP financial tools
