Display exceptional research and documentation skills, recording call reasons and resolutions with the utmost efficiency and confidentiality.

Requirements
High school diploma as a minimum educational qualification.
Possess at least one year of valuable call center experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Showcase your tech-savviness with strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications with ease.

Embrace a predictable work schedule, with Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a shorter Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
