Handle various confidential administrative tasks, including filing, data maintenance, and preparing reports, with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in account opening processes, making financial organization a breeze and ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
Contribute to year-end tax organization and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reflecting your dedication to excellence.
Take the initiative to maintain client records and handle inquiries, showcasing your exceptional problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor.
Prepare key documents, such as Trust Investment Committee minutes, reflecting your commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
Showcase your versatility by performing Medallion Signature Guarantees and Notary services, adding to the comprehensive support you provide.
Be an active participant in appreciation events and client receptions, spreading positivity and enhancing our client relationships.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus, demonstrating your familiarity with administrative tasks.
An associate's degree in a related field or Administrative Assistant Certification showcases your commitment to professional growth.
