We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities
Extend a warm and friendly welcome to guests, offering assistance as needed.
Adhere to hotel key control policies, responsibly managing assigned keys.
Ensure strict adherence to the "Privacy Please" policy while entering and servicing rooms.
Safely handle linen, trash removal, and housekeeping cart organization.
Contribute to the tidiness of the hotel by collecting and disposing of trash and cardboard throughout the day.
Thoroughly clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, exercise room, pool, and more.
Fulfill guest room cleaning requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness in administrative and employee areas, following assigned tasks.
Address maintenance needs by accurately completing work orders.
Promptly report property or grounds issues to management.
Collaborate with team members and assist with their duties when required.
Key Tasks
Perform daily cleaning and inspection of assigned guest rooms and public spaces.
Prepare a housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, linens, and amenities.
Execute room cleaning tasks, including dusting, sanitizing, floor cleaning, and replenishing amenities.
Maintain hallway cleanliness, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and attend to vending/ice machines.
Ensure conference spaces are immaculate, focusing on cleanliness and sanitization.
Keep public restrooms clean, stocked, and sanitized, while following safety guidelines.
Manage pool and fitness center cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and restocking of supplies.
Maintain the cleanliness of business centers and administrative offices, focusing on high-touch areas.
Display caution signage as required for guest and employee safety.
Organize and maintain storage areas, housekeeping carts, and laundry room.
Execute Emergency Response procedures for weather-related cleaning.
Additional Duties
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate our 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Participate in property and department meetings to stay informed and engaged.
Accurately record work hours and breaks using the time clock system.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Assist in training new team members as needed.
Report accidents, hazards, and property damage promptly.
Engage in special projects based on your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
