As a Data Analyst, you will be the key to unlocking valuable insights from our diverse datasets, driving client and company performance to new heights.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Product & Analytics and Manager of Visualization to develop powerful analyses that showcase our clients' Risk Adjustment & Quality performance.
Craft ad-hoc analyses to create compelling marketing materials that highlight the value of our solutions.
Document your analytics work thoroughly, ensuring that our internal teams can fully grasp and utilize the findings effectively.
Effectively communicate the results of your analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering consensus and understanding.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering, math).
Ideally, some experience in the healthcare field.
1-2 years of expertise in data analytics, data science, or software engineering.
Proficiency in data querying and wrangling using SQL, Python, and MS-Excel.
Experience in crafting data visualizations, with a preference for Tableau.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bonus points for familiarity with Quality programs and/or HEDIS requirements, and an understanding of Risk Adjustment models, coding, and data validation.

What We Offer
Competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
