Logistics Specialist - Remote | Wfh

We are a dynamic and rapidly-growing agricultural drone company, seeking a talented Logistics Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who is excited to take charge of logistics operations and support our ecommerce and customer service orders with enthusiasm and expertise.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will have a variety of responsibilities including establishing and maintaining consumables inventory levels, coordinating with sales and support to ensure timely processing of orders, forecasting order quantities to support equipment sales, and procuring shipping agreements with appropriate channels. Additionally, you will administer and maintain inventory control program systems, support logistics planning tasks, and assist in maintaining logistics policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and 5+ years of previous experience in logistics management or coordination. You should also have a working knowledge of PC computer systems and inventory management software, such as SOS platform or similar. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must, as well as a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment of remote and on-site team members.
We are seeking a self-starter with well-developed motivational and leadership skills, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum. You should be solutions-driven and excited about working in a fast-paced and innovative industry.
