Initially, you'll work in our inviting office environment during the orientation period. After successful completion, you'll have the flexibility to work two days from home and two days in the office, enjoying a hybrid work arrangement.

To be considered for this rewarding role, here are the qualifications we're looking for:
You must be a licensed/certified RN with an unrestricted license/certification in the state or a state that has licensure reciprocation with the office location.
Successful completion of our case management orientation program is required.
A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in an acute inpatient setting or a specialty area (e.g., ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Acute Rehab) is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills Are Essential.
Basic typing and computer knowledge are required, with a minimum typing speed of 35WPM.
Previous case management or insurance industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
This role does not involve significant physical exertion.
Occasional travel may be necessary for on-site patient evaluations at homes, hospitals, etc.
