Supervision Received/Provided
This position will have close supervision from the Executive Housekeeper.
Essential Duties

• Welcoming Guests and Providing Assistance:

Greet and assist guests as needed, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Responsible for managing and adhering to hotel key control policies.

• Guest Room and Public Area Maintenance:

Follow procedures for entering and servicing rooms, always respecting the "Privacy Please" policy.
Strip linen, remove trash, and maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms.
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, ensuring guest comfort.
Responsible for trash collection and disposal in designated areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, and common spaces.
Assist with guest room cleaning as requested.

• General Maintenance and Housekeeping:

Clean administrative office areas and employee spaces as assigned.
Address maintenance needs by completing work orders as instructed.
Promptly report property or grounds issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with other team members as requested by management.
Task List
Daily cleaning, sanitization, and inspection of assigned guest rooms and public areas.
Stock housekeeping carts with essential amenities, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
Detailed cleaning of guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, floors, and bathroom amenities.
Maintenance of hallways, vending machines, and public restrooms.
Pool area maintenance, fitness center upkeep, and business center cleanliness.
Adherence to safety protocols, including placing caution signs when necessary.
Ensure organized and stocked storage areas, housekeeping carts, and laundry rooms.
Assist with property de-icing and entryway cleaning in inclement weather.
Other Duties
Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Participate in property and department meetings.
Accurately record work hours and meal breaks.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Provide training to colleagues as needed.
Report accidents, injuries, hazards, and property damage promptly.
Contribute to special projects based on your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures.
Familiarity with chemical handling and equipment operation.
Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
Proficiency in operating commercial cleaning equipment.
