The role REQUIRES the candidate to live in the greater Washington DC area (out of area applicants will not be reviewed/considered).
We have been retained to conduct a search for the next CHRO by a privately-held multi-billion-dollar financial services company in the DC area with about $50B+ AUM and 150+ employees. The company continues to grow in the double digits through organic growth while also considering strategic M&A opportunities.
As a member of the Executive Team, this person will work directly with the CEO/Founder along with the Senior Management Team and business leaders in the continued strategic evolution of the company’s human resource programs and strategies. These programs and strategies will include strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training and development, management and organizational development and the oversight of a very talented team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in leading an HR function at an executive level. Experience in design, development and implementation of compensation plans (strongly preferred) and benefit programs (required). Financial Services (+).
Compensation is commensurate with experience with base salary (up to $300K) + 30-40% bonus + equity. Hybrid in office (3-days per week).
