Human Resources Director Jobs

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director to join our small tech startup and take charge of all aspects of human resources. As the sole HR member in our company, you will play a critical role in managing recruitment, hiring, onboarding new employees, offboarding, planning meetings and events, ensuring HR health, salary management, and other HR responsibilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Plan and organize meetings, events, and team-building activities to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
• Manage employee benefits, payroll, and compensation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our company.
• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees on HR-related matters.
• Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Continuously assess and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

• Experience working in a small company or startup environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proven track record of effectively managing all aspects of HR in a small organization.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for applicant tracking, payroll, and benefits administration.
