Job Description

Our client, a multi-billion-dollar financial services company in the DC area. is conducting a search for a Chief Human Resources Officer. The company continues to grow in the double digits through organic growth, but future acquisitions will also add to this high growth. As a member of the Executive Team, this person will work directly with the CEO/Founder along with the Senior Management Team and business leaders in the continued strategic evolution of the company’s human resource programs and strategies. These programs and strategies will include strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training and development, management and organizational development and the oversight of a very talented team. This position is hybrid and in the office 3 days a week.
