Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team. The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat, resolving customer queries, and escalating issues as necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Provide excellent customer service through online chat, answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team to continually improve the customer experience
- Use online chat software to communicate with customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Keep up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or personnel as necessary, following established procedures and protocols
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's database
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages may be a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in online chat software and other customer support tools and software
- 2 - 15 years of experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms is preferred
