Overview Chat Support Specialists provide customer service and technical support to customers via online chat. They respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems. Detailed Job Description Chat Support Specialists are responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers via online chat. They must be able to quickly and accurately assess customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems. Chat Support Specialists must be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions. They must also be able to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
