Job Title: Remote Project ChatSpecialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Online ChatSpecialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Remote Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

The Online Chat Specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and is responsible for a number of customer support-related activities for the firm and our clients

This person will connect with visitors to our client's websites on a regular basis using (Online chat software) and will be expected to provide excellent customer service in real time
•
You will answer to client live chats concerning website navigation issues, support requests, and general consumer concerns
•
Other duties include analyzing customer interactions and, when needed, escalating complaints to the Online Chat Manager
•
You will also establish new consumer relationships in order to better understand and address their needs

We need motivated people to chat online with guests and answer any questions they may have while shopping at our Amazon store. Customers will benefit from the successful candidate's prompt and accurate service.
The Online Chat Specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and is responsible for a number of customer support-related activities for the firm and our clients.
These are remote positions, which means you can work from anywhere online. We are looking for people who are trustworthy, friendly, and take pleasure in their work.
This person will connect with visitors to our client's websites on a regular basis using (Online chat software) and will be expected to provide excellent customer service in real time. They should be able to handle several information requests. This individual would be required to remain calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic client service.
You will answer to client live chats concerning website navigation issues, support requests, and general consumer concerns. Other duties include analyzing customer interactions and, when needed, escalating complaints to the Online Chat Manager. You will also establish new consumer relationships in order to better understand and address their needs.
