The Title

The primary responsibility of the Operations Integration Manager is to represent Operations in all culinary + food project implementation, safety projects and testing. Additionally, this role will support the planning and prioritization of the operations calendar.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support CAVA’s culinary innovation team as a key partner in finding creative ways to solve culinary operations challenges
  • Create and maintain consistent feedback for culinary rollouts
  • Lead operational tests and support market tests of culinary initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with the Culinary, Food Safety + Quality Assurance (FSQA),
  • Measure success by tracking key performance indicators to determine effectiveness of current and future rollouts to operations
  • Collect, analyze, and report on participant testing feedback to support the continuous improvement of our operations testing process
  • Work closely with the Learning + Development team to develop training for tests and rollouts
  • Ensure the Operations Calendar is up to date on information on culinary + FSQA initiatives
  • Development, and Ops Innovation teams to implement projects

Qualifications:

  • Create the documents that support the change management so that they can be easily adopted and executed
  • Provide generous communication with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex data, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders including business impact and making recommendations for best course forward
  • Multiple years in an operations services or culinary operations role in a multi-unit restaurant environment successfully leading and implementing projects from discovery to rollout
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Serve as a professional working with a passion for positivity in challenges
  • Excellence in communication and timeline management. Provide objectives/goals for projects and deliver on schedule.
  • Be highly organized and skilled in project management utilizing tools to track timelines and deliverables
  • Be constantly curious bringing findings, innovation, and solutions forward for the betterment of all.
  • Have the ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize what is urgent, what is important while working with quick turnaround times
  • Experience creating tests, running tests, tracking results, analyzing results, cascading findings and making adjustments if needed through implementation of restaurant rollouts


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
