Overview The Change Manager Lead is responsible for leading the change management process and ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the change process is successful and that the organization is able to adapt to the changes. Detailed Job Description The Change Manager Lead is responsible for leading the change management process and ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the change process is successful and that the organization is able to adapt to the changes. The Change Manager Lead will work closely with stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of changes, develop and implement change management plans, and monitor and evaluate the progress of the change process. The Change Manager Lead will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to stakeholders during the change process, as well as developing and delivering training and communication materials. • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices
