AsTeam Manager

• Maintain coordination and communication with various departments within the 💡IM4URLIGHT organization.
• Keep an eye on market developments and the latest trends and derive innovative sales approaches from them.
• Analyze the structures and needs of partners and end customers in order to develop the right solutions for them.
• Sales controlling and reporting in your area.
• Develop and open up new business areas and customer groups.
• You are responsible for the support and acquisition of specialist partners in your country
• As a 💡IM4URLIGHT’s Ambassador, you increase brand awareness through customer events and trade fairs.

Your qualification

• 3 years + of professional experience in sales.
• You have successfully completed your studies or comparable training.
• Ideally, you are very familiar with the Biomass, Wind Energy, PV, hydropower, storage and/or electrical industry and already have an existing network in your region or country.
• You can work independently as well as in team.
• Negotiating contracts with managing directors from various branches of industry is one of your strengths.
• You are able to communicate properly and translate customers needs in solutions
• Fluent in English and French
• Have a strong analytical and structured way of working and are solutions oriented.
