We are looking for a CEO business assistant to join our team and help us grow our business in the US market. You will work closely with the CEO and support him in finding offline channels and planning BD trips, organizing customer information, preparing contracts and proposals for US companies, communicating with US customers and pursuing business opportunities. You will also provide administrative and operational support to other team members as required.

Responsibilities

  • Help the CEO in managing and updating customer information and records
  • Support other team work as needed
  • Communicate with US customers and follow up on business opportunities
  • Support the CEO in identifying and developing offline channels
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings, make business development arrangements
  • Prepare and review contracts and proposals for US companies
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external partners


Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills (written and verbal)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, preferably with personal organization and time management habits
  • Strong research skills and ability to find relevant information.
  • Preferably with software development or product management experience.


Location

  • Preferably in California but other locations are acceptable.
