Job Description

Position: Call Center Project Manager

Location: Remote


We are seeking a Project Manager to help manage a call center implementation project. This candidate will be working remote to join our team to support one of our large healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be confident to take the lead with ability to follow directions. This candidate will also be able to cross function between other health plan projects as needed within the operations teams. This candidate will be helping to monitor, report, and manage the project and teammates who will be helping to create dashboards, find gap analysis, document and implement review sessions, presenting to stakeholders and leadership, hosting meetings, and more for the new call center and customer service implementation.


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Vaccination requirements---medical and religious exemptions available.
  • Must live in one of the following states: Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Louisiana, Kansas, Delaware, Alabama, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Virginia, Texas, Tennessee, South Dakota, North Dakota, South Carolina, Nevada, Maryland, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Georgia, Washington (state)
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance claims, enrollment, and reporting experience
  • At least 3 years experience in a call center/customer service environment as a Project Manager
  • Strong experience with Jira, Sharepoint, Risk Analysis, Gap Analysis
  • Member and Provider Services experience, documenting process flows current and future
