Role and Responsibilities:

·Call Analysis: Immerse yourself in the world of calls, actively listening and taking meticulous notes on current practices.

·Data Collection: Utilize an automatic call distribution (ACD) system to gather pertinent data for generating insightful statistical reports.

·Routing Expertise: Dive deep into Call Center routing, both in terms of call distribution and internal routing, identifying opportunities for optimization.

·Efficiency Enhancement: Provide actionable recommendations for improving Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and overall Call Center practices, aiming to maximize efficiency.

·Report Generation: Skillfully compile reports based on your analytical insights, presenting findings and recommending effective solutions to our management team.

Qualifications:

·Previous experience in a similar role.

·Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

·Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

·Experience with NEXTIVA and UNITY will be a significant advantage.

·Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
