Job Description
Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual seeking an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment?


We are currently hiring Call Centre Representatives with no prior experience to join our team. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries.

Requirements


  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call centre software
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • No previous experience in a call centre required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume call centre environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Active listening skills and empathy towards customers


Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to provide effective customer support
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions
  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
