CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT


Patenaude & Felix, APC is looking to hire a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our firm. Do you want to work for a law firm that offers you growth opportunities? Would you like to be part of a successful team? If so, please read on!

Essential Responsibilities


  • Identify accounts that require legal processing.
  • Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database.
  • Collect, negotiate and recommend solutions to consumers via phone.


Qualifications


  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Customer service experience, preferred.
  • No experience necessary, training provided.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus.
  • Good communication skills.


WORK SCHEDULE


Part-time schedule.
