Tittle: Customer Service Representative

Hourly Range: $17.50 USD to $22.50 USD

Location: Onsite Chino, CA

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry in CRM and internal systems
• Resolve technical and troubleshooting issues related to grills
• Execute supplementary tasks as delegated
• Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding promptly and professionally
• Assist in claim investigations and analysis for timely resolution
• Handle claim inquiries, returns, and parts orders efficiently
• Utilize live customer service chat function for real-time assistance and support
• Continuously enhance skills through training and troubleshooting sessions.
• Handle high volume of customer inquiries via incoming/outbound calls, emails, and live chats
• Become a product expert to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Provide valuable feedback on grill models and improvements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional business context
• Ability to handle pressure and difficult claimants effectively and professionally
• Openness to learning and willingness to assemble grill components
• 1+ years of experience in handling customer service email inquiries and live chat communication
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience in a call center
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner
• 1+ years of experience in handling escalated customer claim calls and understanding
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
