Job Description
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments for our vitamin IV and injection services. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment booking process, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We provide commission structure for this position, that allows you to maximize your earning potential based on your performance. For every patient you schedule who comes in and completes their appointment, you will earn a commission of $5 per patient. It will be your responsibility to accurately track the appointments you secure, as your manager will review and verify the recorded appointments for commission payout. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis. Requirements: Duties/Responsibilities: ? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for our services. ? Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Vitamin IV/Injection therapy, wellness, and rejuvenation services. ? Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience. ? Follow up with customers regarding appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations. ? Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing appropriate resolutions or escalating when necessary. ? Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and optimize scheduling efficiency. ? Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets and performance metrics. ? Additional assigned duties and projects as assigned by Hydration Room Management Team. Required Skills/Abilities: ? Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence ? Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. ? Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to embrace new processes and technologies. Education and Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. ? 1+ years' experience with proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably with outbound calling experience. ? Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus calling experience. ? Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements: ?
