Title of Role: Business Development/Sales Representative
Type of Role: Remote Full time – Must be based in Denver Metro Area
Base Salary: Up to $50k per annum + Commissions + 401k Match

What We Are Looking for in a Business Development/Sales Representative:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Representative to join our interior design company focused on home staging services.
The ideal candidate will leverage existing business relationships and pursue new business opportunities with real estate developers, agents, offices, and short-term Colorado rental companies close deals to drive revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to provide clients with innovative and tailored design proposals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients to showcase our interior design solutions and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, including architects, builders, and real estate agents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills that Make You a Great Fit
- Ability to work alone and collaborate with a team.
- Adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Leveraging existing relationships to grow opportunities in the market.
- Experience, familiarity, and passion for interior design, home staging, and real estate.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Experience building a sales pipeline and cold calling.
- Proficient in computer skills, preferably Google Suite
