Job Description

MGR Accounting Recruiters is a leading staffing and recruiting firm focused exclusively on the accounting and finance industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients in the accounting and finance industry


Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings


Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry


Work closely with our recruitment team to understand our clients' hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs


Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction


Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue and new business growth


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field


Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment


Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management


Prior accounting experience and/or have recruited for accounting roles


Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Knowledge of the accounting and finance industry is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:


Prior experience in accounting roles


Prior or active CPA license status
