⚡ Business Development Director

One of our top clients, are a prominent company in the electric vehicle and energy storage sector, seeking an experience Energy Storage Business Development Director. Having partnered with GM, Tesla & other OEM's to produce battery packs they are looking to scale to IPO in the next 24 months.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for BESS, TC, and Vehicle Applications projects across various sectors.
  • Build and lead a specialized marketing and sales team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and enhance the company's competitive position in the global market.
  • Establish metrics and targets for continuous improvement in project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, technical sales, program management, or product management within the electric vehicle battery or electric vehicle industry.
  • Willingness to travel, with an estimated travel time of 15-30%.
