We are in search of a dynamic, creative, and adaptable Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who is enthusiastic about propelling our business to new heights. Our ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and excels in both day-to-day marketing tasks and long-term strategic planning. The Marketing Manager should thrive under pressure, consistently exceeding expectations even when faced with tight deadlines.
We are currently looking to welcome a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to our team, operating on a part-time basis. The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing the content marketing strategy across various platforms and brands including Project Control Academy, Project Control Summit, and Project Professionals Network. This individual will oversee our web presence, execute marketing automation, manage email campaigns, and handle social media content and copywriting across all our marketing channels and brands. The primary objective is to expand our outreach, amplify our impact, and guide customers towards our products and services.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and support marketing events both live and virtual.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, utilizing our internal team, while fostering collaboration.
- Manage digital assets including branded websites and social media channels.
- Assist in the development of marketing material and sales pages for new training program launches.
- Support and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Devise and execute marketing strategies for attracting corporate clients for employee training.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and experience.
- Identify trends, optimize performance, and brainstorm creative growth strategies.
- Analyze data and information to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Devise marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.
- Develop and execute a digital marketing roadmap with budgeting and reporting.
- Create, maintain, and analyze analytics reports for web, social, and email platforms, extracting key insights for future campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis.
- Participate in market research and the creation of marketing material.
- Consistently report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and website effectiveness.
- Craft copy for social media posts, websites, emails, ads, brochures, and flyers.
- Develop content marketing strategies for engaging and nurturing target audiences.
- Fulfill additional duties as required.
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of online media campaigns.
- Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies by contributing information, ideas, and research.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Digital marketing certifications from reputable providers such as Digital Marketer are a plus.
- Proficient in project management and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, with 3 to 5 years of digital marketing and marketing analytics experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Familiar with all social media platforms especially LinkedIn and YouTube
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in assessing priorities and identifying marketing opportunities.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in creating marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to adapt.
