Who We're Looking For

Toyota Demand & Supply Management is looking for a highly motivated business / data analyst to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders in developing and transforming our supply chain distribution systems. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for creativity, critical thinking, and modeling. This person will be expected to take ownership and drive positive change.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and possesses the ability to work well with internal and external cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicates complex analysis and insights, both verbally and in writing.
• Provides Post-Production support around enhancements, bug fixes and new process.
• Assists with solution provider/vendors for gap analysis and plan and prioritizes to fill vendor gaps to meet functional requirements.
• Collaborates with QA team members to optimize defect logging, tracking, prioritization, and remediation.
• Develops and executes software quality assurance through the development and maintenance of test plans.
• Participates in special projects as requested by management.
• Provides analytical support by:
• Visualizing data to make it easier to understand.
• Presenting data in such a way that it tells a compelling story.
• Develop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions.
• Analyzing data for patterns and trends.
• Streamlines and standardizes business workflows to partner with the business and technical teams on solution design.

What You Bring

• Ability to write detailed use cases and functional requirements and to work with development members to confirm application design.
• Relevant professional experience in analytics or product management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Optimistic, self-motivated, and take ownership for deliverables and outcome in a time sensitive environment.
• Strong data analytics skills to drive rapid decision making.
• Strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write query and organize data effectively.

Added bonus if you have

• Understanding of best practice analysis and visualization techniques.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting.
